Return & Refund Policy

At Guit'R Done, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at jeff@guitrdone.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Lost Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner. Please allow up to 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) past the estimated delivery date before reporting a lost package.

UK & International Orders Duties and taxes for UK orders are prepaid at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). For other international destinations, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
